First Clause: Introduction:

Second Clause:
The 180 degrees commission from each sale is 15% of the selling price of the item with an amount not less than 100 Riyal. The commission amount will be deducted from the amount of the item before transferring the seller’s earnings.
Third Clause:
Terms of creating an account:
1/ The user must describe the commodity accurately and in detail, photographing the product with a white background, and specify the value of the commodity.
2/ in case the description of the item was not accurate or the items are not authentic or replicated, the buyer has the right to return the item and refund its amount according to the return policy.
3/ If the seller uses inaccurate description or the item is not authentic, the seller will be charged by 180 degrees all shipping costs and the cost of the effort for the selling process which is estimated at an amount of (200) two hundred Saudi Riyals.
4/ In the case that there is doubt by the platform or the buyer about the product in terms of the authenticity, then the seller’s account will be permanently deleted and 180 Degrees is entitled to claim its commission and shipping costs from the seller (as mentioned in the third clause).
5/180 degrees has the right to provide the legal authorities with any violation by the customer for the commercial fraud regulations and 180 degrees has the right to sue anyone who violates this agreement.
6/ In the case that the piece is found inauthentic, then 180 degrees and the buyer has the right to file a complaint with the regulatory authorities to claim the value of the commodity and compensation.
7/ When the customer buys an item, 180 Degree will deduct the value of the commodity from the Visa / Master Card / Mada card or any other cards or payment methods belonging to the buyer, and 180 Degree will hold the amount in order to ensure the completion of the purchase.
8/ The seller has one day to issue the selling approval by sending an email to ( services@180degrees.sa ) that includes the invoice number and approval of the sale, or by sending a text message to mobile number ( +966538383875 ) includes the invoice number and approval of the sale. If the seller did not send his approval the deal will be canceled and the order amount will return to the buyer, and 180 Degrees will not bear any costs incurred as a result of the cancellation.
9/ In the case that the seller sends the item for sale without the accessories or one of them, a part or a percentage of the amount is determined according to the type and value of the accessory, and then it is deducted from the seller’s dues without referring to the seller and without affecting the 180-degree commission. For the invoice and the guarantee, it is 10% of the value of the item and the rest of the accessories 50 riyals.
10/ The buyer has the right to cancel the order without any charges if he cancels before the item was shipped from the seller, and he will be charged the amount of the bank charges (20) twenty Saudi Riyal.
11/ The seller has to ship or deliver an item to the shipping company agent within 48 hours of approving the order, and if he does not ship the order in 48 hours the order will be canceled and the purchase amount will be returned to the buyer.
12/ The buyer has 48 hours to inspect the item and 180 degrees will hold the amount of the order for 48 hours if the buyer did not object,180 degrees will transfer the amount to the seller after deducting the commission and the buyer has no right to claim or object the order.
13/ In case that the buyer submits an objection in 48 hours, 180 degrees will hold the amount until the validity of the objection is verified, and the refund and exchange policy will be applied. 180 degrees has the right to hold the amount until the buyer and the seller come to an agreement to transfer the amount to who deserves it or deposit the amount to the court's treasury until the disagreement settles.
14/ The seller has no right to cancel or return the order in any case after the shipping company receives the item, and 180 degrees will continue the selling process and transfer the dues to the seller after the completion of the order and in case that there is no objection from the buyer.
15/ 180 degrees will receive the item from the seller and ship it to the buyer, if the order got canceled after picking it up from the seller, the buyer will be charged the shipping cost (50) fifty Saudi Riyal.
16/ In case the purchase order is canceled by the buyer after the item has been shipped from 180 degrees, the buyer will be charged by 180 degrees all shipping costs and the cost of the effort for the selling process which is the amount of (200) two hundred Saudi Riyals.
17/ The buyer has no right to cancel the order after receiving it except in accordance with what is included in the return policy mentioned in the agreement.
18/ The buyer is notified with the estimated time of the delivery and by completing the order he accepts the delivery time.
19/ The buyer has the right to cancel the order without any charges if the shipment is delayed by more than five working days from the estimated time for delivery unless the delay is due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the buyer or if he changes the shipping address after confirming the order.
- Fourth Clause: Service request policies:
1/ By bringing any piece to our store, you acknowledge that you are the owner and holder of the item, and our store does not bear any responsibility if proven otherwise.

Our store confirms its disclaimer of responsibility: Those damages that are represented in the following: for example but not limited: (skin shrinkage, skin rupture, change in colors, different shapes in the texture, and other changes or damages that may be caused by the repair process).
4/ Our store is not responsible for any loss of the customer's property within the items he brings.
5/ In case of losing an item due to our store, the compensation maximum amount will be five times the repair value specified in the invoice.
6/ Our store is not responsible for the loss of any piece two months after the date of delivery specified in the invoice.
- Fifth Clause: Responsibility:

3/ 180 degrees is not working as an agent to the seller and does not guarantee the item's authentication. And in case of any dispute between the seller and the buyer, none of them has the right to refer to 180 Degree or claim compensation.
4/ The official communication between 180 degrees and the user takes place through notifications sent to the user on his account at 180 degrees or at the customer's addresses written in his account on the site.
- Sixth Clause: User reports:
